Which team should I be ?

Want to start a new game on FM12. I want to manage in the premier league, so it's any team in the premier league.
I want a challenge so none of the big teams,
The following teams I don't want to be!,

Man City - Too Big
Man United - Too Big
Arsenal - Too Big
Chelsea - Too Big
Tottenham - Too Big
Liverpool - Too Big
Sunderland - Hate Them

Aston Villa, Everton or Newcastle.

After Arsenal, Milan and my local team HJK Everton is my favorite team to play. Really good players, but finances arent that good.

Thinking maybe about Aston villa & Everton, maybe Swansea ? Any recommended signings on them teams ?

Newcastle is a lot of fun. I would still be playing it, but my computer crashed after I had played hours without saving.

By the second season, I had a beastly team:

Cisse----Rondon

Gaitan--M. Martin--Tiote--Reus

Santon--Shawcross--S. Taylor--Some RB I can't remember

I got most of my money from selling big players (Cabaye to Milan for 25mil+, R. Taylor for 14mil, etc.)

Hmmm I suppose that's a good team, I've been Newcastle a lot on the game but who did you sign the first season because I always buy the same players and then it gets a bit boring to be honest
