Buy Premiership players on loan that don't get a game. ie) Arsenal youngsters.
 
Verratti, Guilherme, Sergi, all easily. The lot shouldn't cost you more than 250K£ (Verratti ~230, Sergi 10k, Guilherme 5k). Daniel Opare may also be available. Harry Kane and Adam Pepper are good English players as well.



If they're available, I'd sign Felyp, Alceu, Yambuke Ceesay
