Who is England under 21 captain and vice captain for the championships?

Who is England under 21 captain and vice captain for the championships?
 
No official captain for the tournament. The captain is usually Mancienne but Phil Jones could be named captain for the match tomorrow.
 
Ahh right, is this a good decision? Shouldn't they have a captain? I did think it was Michael Mancienne but there so much competition for places, I suppose I would install Jordan Henderson as captain...maybe not the most experienced in the squad but to be honest he seems one of few who should stay in the side throughout the games
 
Sorry to be hijacking this thread but where can I be watching this?
 
Jack Rodwell has captained Under 21s before, so he could be vice.
