Who pays the player bonuses for loans?

Hello,

Quick question, as per the title: For loaned player, who pays the bonus when they apply?

Example: I field a loaned player with an appearance bonus fee of $2,000. Who pays the $2,000?

And does it matter if the loan comes from a parent team or any other team?

I think the player's parent club pays his appearance and goal fees, either that or you pay the percentage that is down on the loan deal.
