Really want a good team, but I also want a team who lets me spend money. Don't want the really top teams like Barcelona, Real Madrid, Bayern, Dortmund, Manchesters and Chelsea but I want a team who has good players but allows me to spend some money. Want at least a £20m budget or what I can adjust. Anyone know which teams fit this category?

Shakthar Donestk are a lot of fun. they are loaded! the squad they already have would hammer the Ukrainian league only problem being Ukrainian players limit. but would be a good game all the same.
