Who should I be?

i want to start a new game but don't know who to be.Im going to use the may 2009 update and i want to manage a challenging team but in an obscure country if you know what i mean.I would also like a secure transfer budget but not to bothered if they're skint.Please give some suggestions on who to be,thankyou?

LOL i am them all the time mate i support them plus they're not a very challenging team.I just finished my first season with them on a save and finished 6th
