Who Should I buy/sell

I am Liverpool. First Season no changes other than Steve Finnan and William Vainquer in. Budget: £0. Looking for loans, free agents and player exchange.

Jose Concalves isn't a bad centre back on a free, and I have found Henri Lansbury on loan from Arsenal can cut it well, he was great for my Birmingham team. Espen Johnsen is a solid back up goalkeeper who can be picked up on a free. None of them are really top 6 class but can cut it well in the top flight!

Concalves and Johnsen are not on my save can anyone suggest anyone else I'm trying to get Henri Lansbury
