who should i get rid of?

well, i started a new came as man city with 2010 db.. and ive simply signed too many players but didnt get rid of some, so i ended up having many players and now at the first half of the season im starting to have some trouble beacause of players who aint happy because they wont get outta bench or even into the team.. so i think its time i get rid of some subbies/players outside the team.. so who do you suggest me to get rid of? if anyone got a better way for keeping them happy ideas are welcome
