Who should i manage now?

Like the title says who should I manage? Ive owned FM/CM games for the last 6/7 years and im always Chelsea but now im getting bored of it. I even gave myself a challenge to get them positive profits every month whilst still winning things and I did this.
Now I want a new challenge, I dont want to manage an English team but im stuck for ideas.
All ideas would be appreciated thanks

Spanish under 17 players,yes.Makes you dependant on youth.

Athletic Bilbao is a good one. But Depends if you want a mid table finish, european qualification, title challenge, relegation candidates, etc.
