You should try one of these:
Napoli
Fiorentina
Malaga
Villareal
FC Sochaux-Montbelliard ( Perhaps my favourite challenge to do )
Or a German team. The league there can be fairly random but if you want a solid foundation use [h=3]Borussia Gladbach[/h]
