Who to buy with €150M?

Second season with Barca. Transfer embargo just about to be lifted. My Barca dropped from 5 to 4,5 stars rep, I presume after selling Pedro. Which sucks....... So I was looking for some good talent. Marquinhos and Bartra are both "World Class", but only 3 star ability / importance. So I was looking for a good centerback next to Pique. Maybe also Pogba? Any insight would be appreciated!

Also,take a look at Balanta and Vallejo,potentially world class...
Tielemans would be a great backup till Iniesta's retiring...
Barbosa is a pretty signing
Chambers or De Sciglio insteas of Alves...

Alvarez Balanta is probably the best to go with. Although Tin Jedvaj gets very good if he gets the right amount of playing time.

Elsewhere, i'd buy Domenico Berardi because he starts the game great and gets even better.

Pogba is a beast. Probably the best CM in the game.
Balanta is OP for the CB position.
Kurt Zouma, Varane, and Phil Jones are also great CBs.
