who to manage..??

i dont want to manage a english team

somewhere in spain, portugal, italy, germany, holland, and france

io want to manage a team with good financial position but who is not a top team in the world. (pleasee no malaga and psg as its too easy as in moneywise)

i do not mind 2nd division team aswell (but has to have a decent financial )
