Who to Play?

OhKay So I started a Sunderland team a few days ago and have gone through 3 seasons and now on my 4th! I have one the premiership once and the FA cup. I have a big team here now and am playing a 4-5-1! I'am having major trouble choosing who to play and who to sell please help.

Yeah I know but the ***.manager isnt always right. I wanna hear what people think from there experience e.g my best scout told me Perotti was better then Henderson but my ***.manager tells me other wise ...
