Who to replace Coutinho?

Coutinho have played very good for me, 1st season we won Premier league and in 2nd season we won league and CL, but now after that he wants to join Real Madrid because they are bigger team. I dont know how to make him stay and be happy at the same time so it looks like I have to sell him. I think I can get like 80-90 million euros or more from him.

But who do you recommend to replace him? He is playing as Inside forward in left side with support duty... It would be nice to be right footed.
