Who will build a new stadium?

Is there any teams in England (preferably N-Power Championship) who will build a new stadium on the first time of asking? Thanks. ​

Keep asking by that I mean ask if they say no dont end the conversation just continue to the next day.Then go ask again and if they say no dont end the conversation and continue to the next day.It is very Important that you DO NOT end the conversation as it will leave the option to ask greyed out.They may eventually give in.It helped me gain a little more transfer budget in my Villa Save.

Take note that Atletico Madrid have got a new stadium on the way on every save i believe which is completed for the 2012 season. 70,000 Capacity aswell
