Who would you want to see taken over?

I'm thinking about starting a new save by giving a team a new wealthy chairman [but not necessarily a crazy budget]. Just wondering if anyone had any suggestions as to which team would be the most interesting. For example, Newcastle - good fanbase, facilities, chairman willing to sell, haven't won anything for a while or a lower league team with nothing but room to improve. I guess i'm just looking for something realistic [i.e. no Preston with £100m transfer budget] but with story potential. Any thoughts?

I actually just finished a save with Everton and got taken over. They didn't give us megabucks but we still ended up Champions League regulars. As for Rangers, i would rather they just went bankrupt. Forest is tempting...
