Who's 4-2-3-1 formation should I use?

I'm looking for a 4-2-3-1 which gives you high possession, good passing movement and plenty of created chances. I plan to use it for a team like Wigan or Swansea. Which 4-2-3-1 formation should I use?

With the right tactics and roles, a 4-2-3-1 like this: GK - RB, RCB, LCB, LB - CM, CM - AMR, CAM, AML - ST works well.
