Stick to a basic set formation that suits the players in your team.
Listen to your back room advice - Eg. if your team plays better with a deep defensive line play that way.
Or it could just be a little run your on. I went on a 10 game unbeaten run at the start of the season only to lose 7 games in a row before winning one week to losing the other. Also remember its a football game.....you can't win every game.
Stick with it mate your team will start finding form. Use encouraging team talks etc.
try to put players who have the best morale in your squad currently,if there is a 17-year old guy with very good or superb morale play him...good players with low moral get in game from 70-75 min. and they will be happier after few games, team talks are important and if you leave them to your assistent you better check his motivation attribute...hope it will help
I had a really bad start with Chelsea in my first season, lost to teams like wolves, stoke, west ham etc
but eventually results came good, the players take some time getting used to the tactics, and accepting a new manager, as I was on automatic reputation. went on to win the league and the champions league not bad for a rookie!
