Why am I still unable t oactivate the German & Japanese national teams?

I have gone into the game directory and removed the 3 files that are related to the fake German and Japanese national teams yet I still cannot access them in the game and they are both still full of nonsense ''greys''.

I am using patch 11.3.

have you started a new game? because it wont work for games you are already running

did you delete them from all update files? i.e. not just deleting them from the orginal game folder but also from the 11.3 update folder?

Yeah, I have tried it with a new game. But no, I did not delete it from the 11.3 update folder, only the original. That is probably the issue right there. I'll give it a bash.

you can't get access to Japan, even when you do this only Germany can be managed
