Why can't I give instructions to my team during the game? Or before the game?

I downloaded a tactic (3-4-3 Legendary) in this forum and it works well with Real Madrid. But I can't give instructions to my team during and before the game...
I tryed to switch to other tactic and it works... It just happens with this tactic, but that's that one I prefer.
What can I do?

I'll go ahead and assume that the tactic you are using is classic, so therefore you will be unable to use instructions during matches.
