why cant i win? someone help me with my team instruction cheers!

this is my juve team and recently i played 6 matches none vs big clubs. and i won 1 drew 2 and lost 3 and in those 6 matches i only scored 3 goals but conceded 8

looks like your too attack minded, maybe put defencive line at normal and dont play offside. maybe put your full backs at defence instead of support, let the front 4 go all out attack while letting the rest sit back and not be counter attacked on.

try man marking instead and as mark said put your defensive line further back.
