why cant i win?

hey guys, i did a palermo save and for the first few months i was flying, top of the league. then around christmas time i couldnt win and now i cant seem to win at all, i have dropped too 10th in the league :/ can anyone tell me any tips to get my team roaring again so i can try and challange for a top 4 spot? thanks.
 
Try tweaking around with your tactics. Chances are your players morale is very low, so try offering them new contracts, praising them or arranging friendlies against **** teams and hammering them
 
organize friendlies against really week teams and rotate the squad in so they win 7:0 or so and morale will shoot up instantly... that is the quick fix

you need to either change tactics, change match prep, drop a few players, have chats with them and let them know they will be sold if they underperform, criticise them if they perfrom badly as well..

what tactic are you currently using/set up?
 
im currently using a 4-1-2-1-2 but i started with a 4-3-1-2.
 
no my loss of form happened while i had that formation so then i changed.
 
can anyone name any downloadable tactics that will do well in the italian league?
