why did this happen?

i approach to sign 3 players in january and they all accept my contract offer. i get to the 1st of june and it says i have signed the 3 players, then in the same day they all leave the club saying they are out of contract :S. can someone explain why this happened?

Might have been that you offered them a contract until June 2014 without realising. Did you select confirm contract without looking at it?
Either that or may just be a bug. If so, sign them again quickly.

no i offered it till 2015 because it wouldnt let me go any higher than that :/ and ive tried to sign them quickly but it wont let me open talks with them, well gutted
