Why do I Always Get Drawn?

using pr0's latest updates, im playing man utd.

i seem to always be drawn for europa league.

but i cannot register my players.

its okay if i can register but i cant. and i think its better if i dont get to play there.

anyone experiencing this as well?

how do i fix it?

any help from anyone will be extremely appreciated!
