Hello,

So I have a young striker, Boakye, who for some reason is the only player on my team that cannot attain high morale. He constantly stays at 'okay' morale and I cannot figure out why? I give him playing time for experience, I win games, etc...

Is there a way to find out why he has low morale besides artificially raising his morale by asking what players and coaches he recommends or raising his pay? What are some common reasons as to why players have low morale for no apparent reason.

P.S. I have a player recommendation for you guys. Check out Hulk if you haven't. He can do anything you want him to.

without being rude, everyone knows about hulk

you basically answered your own question (give him new contract, ask opinion about new signings, if he is young pair him with a more experienced member of your team)

have you asked him why he is upset? always good to check

I would like to but it won't let me when I go to 'private chat' and click on 'happiness'. Is there a way to do it? I think it's kind of dumb if I give him a new contract if that is not what's making him upset.

Thanks for the response by the way.

just try different things mate, there is no extact answer as players and circumstances differ

or maybe he is suicidal

My players tend to get down if I give them negative half time and post match team talks. Maybe try to encourage them more, or praise them. Don't try to throw your weight around.
