Why do they always score when i'm in tactics screen?

Hi,

I noticed i conceive a lot of against goals when i'm in the tactic screen during a match. Sometimes i don't even see the score change and when i end changing tactics (mainly just putting in a sub) i see it's 1-1 or 1-2 and all. It happens too often for my liking, hence this post.

Am i the only one experiencing this?
 
You go to make a sub then your always a goal down or you conceed a goal
 
Try pressing pause when you go onto the tactic screen. ive learnt my lesson from fm 09. i smashed my screen conceeding like that ive never been so mad!
 
Meaning i'm not the only one, sort of glad with that. Yeah, i forget to do that, but will make sure i do from now on :) ty

No it's not after he is in, but they score really a lot when i'm looking for the one i will put in. So the old players is still in the field. Furthermore is the sub more or less equal to the one i take out. But again, this happens before any switch is made. When i'm in tactic screen the game runs and it takes like 1 or 2 minutes in the game before i switch back to the game, to find out my opponent scored 1. Happens over and over, that's why i wanted to know if it was just me :)


Edit: What i also wondered, i have Dutch language on, but get a lot of messages during a game my opponent puts all his attacking powers in the last 15 minutes. I read that at 3 minutes, 35 minutes, 90+4 minutes and other times. Oh sometimes also when there actually is 15 minutes to play :) Is this in English versions as well? I only change to English when i want to post a screen here to make more sense for non Dutch speaking persons

It does happen alot, ive threw a few wobbler's myself. I think its just a coincidence though, i usually click on the tactics when i feel the opposition are getting on top so there is a good chance they are going to score.
 
It probably feels like it's more frequent than it actually is too.
 
I've felt like that. Like Flamengo I've started pausing the game when I make a change, because the number I've times I've changed my tactic/made a sub and something always happens in the game that makes the change I've made pointless

I think its coicidence but I have to agree with JPWoody...
If you go to tactics screen maybe its because you're feeling that your team its down, so maybe its obvious your problem ;)

we all tend to go changes things when the opposition are on top, so unless you hitting pause, you're giving more of an opportunity to make something happen when they are.
