Why does nobody every help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

At first me and my mate were having a fun network game, but then his 2 mates joined making it slower, and the first friend I was doing with it now can't get on. So I went on hamachi, and evicted his 2 mates from the network so it was back to the start, just me and my mate. However, when I load up FM, they are still manager of a club, how to I kick them out on FM?
 
You will have to join as if you were them and then just retire from the club.
 
OK thanks. So do I go on game status and then click take control and retire?
