Why Gaining Nationality time Differs?

Some of my players take less time to gain nationality some of takes more i want to know why or is it a bug?

Im playing in Turkish Premier Division as Besiktas and i have Guti which is Spanish and his time to gain nationality is 3650 days (10 years) and i also got Alberto Lora which is also Spanish and he only needs 1825 days to gain nationality.

is it about international carrer maybe?

Has Lora played for Spain?

I suspect that would be the reason. Assuming Lora hasn't played in Turkey before?

There is no point in the Turks granting Guti citizenship as he has played for Spain, but Lora might benefit the Turkish national team if he were eligible to be picked, meaning less time is needed for his citizenship to be awarded.
