I mean not all European Leauge since in England and Scotland with there British Basketball Leauge whcih is a Franchise.
Why do the ACB, LNB and the A1 Ethniki play a Canadian sport in the Promotion Relegation format if team's can make more money using the Franchise format??
So is it going to better or worst for those leauges if they become a franchise like the NBA??
