I think people will be asking you for more info.
Is anyone in your defense playing poorly? What about the goalie?
How is midfield possession?
When are goals usually conceded? Beginning of the game, middle, or end?
How do you instruct your defense to play? High up, far back, long passes, tackle hard, closing down, etc.
Is morale an issue? Do any players dislike the other? Are training levels appropriate? Is stamina and fitness ok?
Check match motivation to see if anyone is nervous or complacent?
Does anybody react poorly to your team talk or answers to the media?
If you're winning I wouldn't make any drastic changes, but perhaps play some of your prospects or your reserves. Sometimes if you give them a chance they impress more than your first team, as your first team players can sometimes get complacent when there's no competition for their position.
You can also try dropping back a DMF or instructing your team to play more cautiously once they have the lead, soaking up as much possession as possible.
