Why is Wenger so **** with Arsenal in this game?

Whenever I play a Prem save he always seems to lead them to about 9th or 10th. Whereas the winner of the league differs on each save, Arsenal are never even remotely close on my saves. Liverpool, too, are always around mid table. Bit unrealistic, surely?

Anyone else notice a team that always flops compared to what you would expect it to?

Arsenal and Liverpool are generally terrible under CPU management for the first 3-4 seasons.

Mine finished 3rd, then 4th. My real surprise is the top 4, Reading cracked it in 2014/15, and in fact finished 3rd, just below me (as Chelsea) in second, and Man U in front.
