Why when i sign alot of players my team play bad?

I'm playing with man city.
in the first season i finished as a runner up, below arsenal.
i've signed 4 new players (balutelli,thiago neves, fazio, jovetic).
i play in the same tactics, but my team playes realy bad, worse then last season when i had a weaker team...
why is that?:S

Takes time for new players to gel into new team, language barrier, tactics, tempo, lots of reasons mate.

Is there any thing i can do make it faster or my better?

Just play them as often as possible and maybe have them tutored by an experienced member of your team.

yep willster is right..thats why i only tend to strengthen my team with like 2-3 players maybe 4 max..

even if i had like 100m to spend i would only spend an fraction of it.

maybe try not playing all of them at the same time....2 players trying to gel into a team will make less of a negative impact than say..7.
ive found that buying players with similiar attributes or mentality helps them gel quicker, for example..if they are all determined or resilent they all get along and therefore gel lol
