wich 4-3-3 is this tactic everyone says it's to easy and always win?!?

Please send me screenshots With tactics and instructions and if it's not to much to ask for player instructions
Training as well.

I play with Inter now and have buy Depay, Douglas Costa, Balanta, Darmian, Peruzzi and in summer Romero and Quintero arrives.

I think 4-2-3-1 match my player best bit wanna give this 4-3-3 a chase.
If you have another BEAST 4-2-3-1 tactics please share it with me with screen shoot because I can't download files.

4-2-3-1 seems to be an adventurous tactic in FM 2015. IE you can score goals but you will concede more as typically you will have more offensive players caught out if you lose possession and the other team goes on the counter. You will also see that more teams playing with a DMC will partially negate the offensive advantage that the 231 formation gives. However if they are using a 4-4-2 or 4-4-1-1, the AMC will eat them alive. Please note that the 4-3-3 does not use an AMC, so if you had a star AMC they might complain for lack of playing time if you use the 4-3-3 often.
