Since taking over as firstly caretaker and then full-time manager at Spurs, Tim Sherwood has used a 4-4-2 formation in all five of the games he has been in charge for. In the last four consecutive of those, and presumably again in today's tie against Arsenal, Sherwood has deployed either Eriksen or Sigurdsson on the left flank of a flat four man midfield. Both Eriksen and Sigurdsson are right footed and would be best described in FM terms as Advanced Playmakers or Trequartistas. Eriksen in particular (seemingly Sherwood's first-choice in this position) is gifted with good pace, technique, creativity and dribbling ability, and has so far excelled in this new role. I want to recreate this in FM. I have a few ideas, which I will post after testing, but so far has anyone else had any success in incorporating a similar role into their tactic?
