Wigan Athletic Buy/Sell? 1st Season

I'm not that good at buying players or selling and I've got 19m to spend with Wigan Athletic. I'm not sure if I should buy wonderkids? or Strengthen the squad by buying players in the same league? If you can give example of players that are good to buy that will be helpful, thanks.

wow, that's a lot of money! did you sell a lot of the players? certainly the biggest thing in the championship is to keep the wages down and bring in experience. what are the positions that you feel are weakest?

Wigan are in the Europa League so they get a good bit of money and i picked the title challenge so I would get more money. To be honest im not quite sure what position but i think a MC/AMC or ST since they sold McCarthy and Kone.
