Will not install - Failed to set up Graphics!!!

Hi there i have just bought the game and i'm having massive problems trying to upload it. When i let it ipload it goes all the way and when it tries to open it tells me that it has failed to set up graphics. I have recently uploaded windows 7 Ulitimate and was previously running Vista but it decided to destroy my laptop. I have done massive searches and uploaded practically everything that people have posted.

Please help me!!!
