I am controlling Wimbledon FC (a lower league club) a few clubs showed interest in one of my players and I told them 'HANDS OFF'. But they went on to offer the player, the player accepts and he's gone -.-

Why did that happen? Why didn't they ask me to finalize the deal?

I am controlling the first team contract and everything.

Anyone know? And if there is a way to stop this ridiculous transfers please help. Thank you,

in some players contracts (all players in spain) they will have a fee that if another team offers it, its automatically accepted.

for example, go to any player playing is spain (messi, aguero etc) and go to the transfer tab and under contract details it'll tell you it ;)

a minimum fee release clause states that if a club offers a certain amount of money for a player, it's accepted that fee is changed and varied by the club (manager & such)

or maybe he was under a certain age not sure tink under 18 and they can approach to sign him or his contract was running out hope this helps?

In my Welling game, when I first took over there where players on three different contract types;

Full Time, Part Time and N/C(Non Contract-me thinks)

These players may have been on the N/C contract maybe.
