Win Serie A and can't buy best players which I want???

Update 12.2.2. and update last transfer LFC Marchall

I start new game with one of my favorite team AC Torino and use JP Woody's Wenger tactic. I sold few players for 4 M€ and bought 7 talents (Sanogo, Petrucci, Kara, Torres, Digne, Prestia, Rodrigo Alborno).

With Torino I won Scudetto in first season with 72 points and qualification to Champins league for next season. Board satisfied with results and new transfer budget is 45,5 M €. And now is big problem!!!!

I want buy few really good players and all club accept my offer but all players don't want accept wages . How I can "convince" player to accept my offer??? Maybe use media for "I want you" or what?

I want next players:
Andrea Poli ( Sampdoria accept 13M€)
Sime Vrsaljko (Wolfsburg accept 5M€)
Matias Ezeqiel Scheletto ( Atalanta accept 17M€)
Lorenzo Crisetig ( Parma accept 2,5M€)
Paul Pogba ( Juventus accept 10M€)

I can buy only transfer listed player. Nobody good player want to Italian Champions team.

just because you won does not mean you are now bigger (reputation wise) than Juve/Parma etc.. it takes a while for a clubs reputation to increase, these players do not want to leave their clubs (which they deem better than yours)

But yeah Raikan has a point, it takes years to grow your reputation enough to attract the best players no matter what you win

You'll need to consistently win/challenge for trophies in order to attract bigger name players to your team. Even though you are champions of the league, Juve, AC, Roma, Lazio, Inter, Napoli will all be more of a pull than yourself at the moment.
