Windowed mode- mouse cursor issue

Had this problem with FM12 too. If I switch to windowed mode, the switch works ok, but from then on I have problems with the mouse cursor. Basically the cursor doesn't appear to be correctly aligned to whats on the screen, so for example if I want to click on a particular icon I have to click about a centimetre to the right of it. I guess its some kind of calibration or resolution issue but I cant find where to fix it. Any ideas?

Using a Dell Vostro i5 laptop.

Does it do that as well when you start the game in windowed mode or only when you switch to windowed mode while inside the game?
