Windowed mode

Sorry the search function isnt working on this forum for me for some reason?

I am playing FM 2009 on a hdtv, the resolution is poor and it only picks up 1024 by 768 from the pc.
For some reason i cannot select windowed mode and have to play it in fullscreen. Any idea why?
And can it be fixed?

if you are playing on windowed mode why would you want to play full screen?

if your running it via steam then right click on the fm 09 shortcut, properties and then change the target to "C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\football manager 2009\fm.exe" -small_screen -windowed
if your not running it on steam add -small_screen -windowed to the end of the current target

i'll try that now, i tried -windowed already and it didnt work

do what i sed and it should open in windowed mode, this is what i did anyways
