Windows 8.1 interrupts my FM15

Hi guys, i hope you can help me here. After my computer updated to windows 8.1 it wont let me play FM15. When i try to launch the game nothing happens, and when i try again it says that it can't launch, and that app is already running. What can i do?

Have you tried just clicking the desktop , just a blank place on the screen, that's what I have to do in order for it to load

Right click the start menu, click task manager. Click on "more details" (if you already haven't before), scroll down and in "background processes" look for Steam. Right click and "end task"

Start the game again as normal and it should open no problem.

I have the same problem as Baconeater. When i`m exit steam, and trying to launch fm14 or 15, steam are starting again. The game are working but only in the task manager.
The problem appeared when i am upgraded win 8 to 8.1.

Please help me!

Have you tried uninstalling & reinstalling FM15 and/or steam after upgrading to 8.1?
