Wing Back problem

Hi, here is the problem. I´m playing with Barca and I have left wing back Abidal(33 years old), but I need a new good young left wing back.
Any help??

If you want to develop a young DL try Lucas Digne of LOSC Lille. On fm11 I got him to be one of the best DL's in the game but I haven't seen any of his ratings in the new Fm.
