I am playing as Tottenham Hotspur, and I need a defender and a right midfielder, I have 59m to spend and I would like 2 young talented players who can play well. The defender needs to be at a better level then Ledley King and the right midfielder needs to be better then Aaron Lennon. Cheers!

Fierro and Sanogo arent particularly known for there wingplay
Kurt Zouma, Inigo Martinez are ace center backs
For Right wing, Junior Hoilett is a good bet, not sure on others tbh, could have offered more help on left wingers, lol

For CB try Samba (20-22 m.) He is a very good defender. I bought him on 4 different teams, and I can say he is the best defender i had in FM12.
For RM/RW I say Hoilett, Shaqiri, Krasic or maybe Maggio.

Can't see you being able to sign a decent defender who is better than Ledley King and a decent winger for £9,000,000 unless your planning to sell fringe players? I'd focus personally on the weakest part of the team which is the Defence Vertonghen will cost you about £9,000,000 - £10,500,000 but from what I have heard he is a very good buy for that money.
Winger - Lennon is still class his Dribbling and other stats may not be as good as they once were but will still be a constant threat with his pace. Just use Lennon in the big matches then use players like Giovanni Dos Santos who is still class and with no doubt produce in matches given chances in.
Defenders have a look at Papadopolous, Howedes, Prestia etc. Wingers - James Rodriguez, Willian, Douglas Costa, Eden Hazard, Mario Gotze, Sidney Sam (last option).
