I have got Draxler(W,Attack)/ Lamela(IF,attack) on the wings and Baines(FB,Attack)/ Chambers(FB,Attack) on the full backs

I play 4-5-1 with 1 DM, 2 CM and 2 wings in the midfield

I use overlapping and exploiting the flanks, but cannot get decent performance on either sides.

Any advise? Thanks

here you go...You could perhaps use a very fluid style, and use attacking fullbacks in that case, but then you would need to give raumdeuter roles to your wingers...

I tend to contrast the wings rather than ever having both attacking, although I never play wingers so its just my RB and LB. I also swap them over in game though depending on how they're both getting on.

I also think there's a case to be made for once you've got intelligent players using less instructions and focussing more on training them to be capable of regularly doing what you want I.e. PPMs of knock ball past opponent and use one-twos. Otherwise it can feel like you're just being too prescriptive when thingsnarent working and seeing highlight after highlighting waiting to see your opponent score.

Thanks guys!

Actually, I had still tried to make things happen.
Suddenly, I got what I want when the team shape was set to "Highly structure"
Baines and Chambers was wide open after overlapping and made delicious crosses into the box

Lamela and Draxler (Both set to Inside Forward and Dribble more) are scoring goals
