Winter update

Simple question, when does the official winter patch comes out?
 
When it gets?

To quote Miles Jacobson: "There will be a winter transfer window update for #FM15. No date will be set for it's release in advance. #FM14's was released on Feb 28."
 
I hate it when I have to wait that long. Thinking about starting a new save, but two weeks is just to much. I'm starting with the old database until then. Thanks :)

How can it be too much? The transfer window hasn't even closed yet!

They release the update as soon as they can. It isn't just a few european transfers. This is every change of manager, transfer/long term loan, injury update, board takeover etc WORLDWIDE. It can't just be knocked together in an afternoon. In addition it is the same update that usually incorporates the final bug fix/match engine patch.
 
Don't be surprised if the update comes as late as March it has in the past so either download one of the site updates or just start a new game. We won't see the update for a good few weeks yet so I wouldn't worry.
 
I'd expect it late February. They usually have a 'done when its done' policy for these things which makes sense. Until then, just use LFCMarshall's database, it's pretty comprehensive.
