Wolfsburg - Pre-Season.

Just started my first FM12 game with Wolfsburg and navigated through the players, I saw almost half of them are pretty much of ****.
I transfer listed all of the players and bought in Ivo Pekalski, but he's still a youngster and doesn't match my ambitions for the present, which are to qualify for the Champions League.
I have 30M in my bank and I am looking to buy cheap and strong players on all the positions, to match my ambitions.
Any help is welcomed.

check some croatia club...there have some good young player...can't remember the name of the club- dinamo zagreb

I haven't loaded Croatia and they don't have any good players.
