just wondering.. ive been having a few problems lately with pre match teamtalks (only a few looked delighted, thats all ;o) seem to keep conceding goals on first half, and score and mostly win on second half, so i figured out teamtalks may be the problem here :/ so yup just wondering if that gudie still applies for 2011

i think so, i use the same method from 2010 and it seems to be working

Yeah it works fine for me too,47 games unbeaten in first season.
