Wolverhampton Wanderers are close to signing Birmingham City defender Roger Johnson after the two clubs agree a £7m fee, the Press Association reports.

Not very happy about this at all. Not that hes gone to Wolves but the price?!! Mat Mills, goes to Leicester for £4.5mill, and RJ only goes for £7mill! The clubs stance, was no-one is going for less than £10mill? Bullshit. I dont mind RJ going, hes a great defender and deserves all he gets, but I thought he would have gone to someone a bit bigger than Wolves. Maybe not a top 6 team, but someone like Newcastle et al.
 
Good Luck Johno, such a great servant to Cardiff meant he will always be one my favourite players, thought hed've gone to a higher club but…
