After seeing the story FM Challenges Accepted, I felt inspired to take my second team Wolves from the Skrill North to the Barclays Premier League. I hope to use many of the squad's youngsters and avoid the transfer market until being in the third tier.
Matt Doherty - Doherty wanted to leave too and was unwilling to sign a new deal, so he signed for Derby also for 500,000 and a 50% sell on clause.
Richard Stearman - I lost the second half of our star defence to Celtic for 1,600,000 which will be paid in instalments to help keep our finances in the green due to the loss of income from the Football League.
David Davis - The midfielder is also off to Celtic but for 1,200,000. Davis made it clear he wanted to leave from the moment I walked in the door at Wolves.
George Elokobi - George wasn't going to be given any game time so I decided to release him from his contract.
Jamie O' Hara - Injury plagued and over paid. The former ***** midfielder has been released from his contract freeing up a whopping 35,000 a week in the club's wage budget.

Wolverhampton Wanderers were the harsh recipients of a demotion by the Football League after an error in paperwork saw the Midlands club dumped in the Conference North. I want to keep a squad of players who want to be here, if a player wants to leave, they can go. No player is bigger than the club.

We start our long voyage in the Skrill North with the ultimate aim to achieve five promotions in nine seasons. I feel the club are more than capable of that but I want to be realistic.

Danny Batth - I was very disappointed that Danny wanted to go, I saw him as a future captain of the club but he saw his future at a different club. He joins Watford for a meagre 500,000 as he was going to run his contract down. However, for this cut price fee Watford will have to send 50% of any future sale to Molineux. Kevin Foley - He asked to leave, no club wanted to pay a fee so I offered him out for free and now he plays for Charlton. I will gladly get rid of anybody who doesn't want to stay because their lack of loyalty isn't wanted at Wolves.
AS OF AUGUST 4, 2013
Check back for our start to the season and any possible transfers.
