Try and get santon to replace faubert as i dont think he's that good.
i'm not sure about Karl Henry dont know much about him on football manager but i'm sure u dont want to get rid of ur captain

karl henry was a very important player for me on my wolves game.

Im Wolves as well at the mo in first season. I brought in Appiah (like yourself), Edgar Davids (who's been playing quite well!!), brought in Callum Davidson as well and made him skipper, and i also brought in Pierre Archile Webo from Mallorca and have been well pleased with him. Him and Ebanks-Blake up front has been GOOD!!!!

get rid of of the arrows on all your back four, your defense will be more stable if all of them are on same mentality and no forward or backward runs from anyone

u might struggle uv got no serious depth with quality if u lose appiah and henry uv got no serious contentders to come in same as a good striker vokes woul be sold
